Fathers are exhorted to raise their boys to become godly men, but rarely are they given the tools to do it. God is calling me to meet that need.
Journey to Godly Manhood is a unique tool that I am currently developing that a dad can use to personally teach his son to walk with God.
Together as Father and son, they can establish a solid biblical foundation for their faith and grow in their knowledge and love for God. I want to help dads prepare their sons for a lifetime of following Jesus.
Journey to Godly Manhood (Coming Soon) will be an effective tool that a dad can use to disciple his son. It’s designed to help him teach his son to become a godly man and to “Walk with God” for the rest of his life. It will include studies that will teach father and son Who God is, who we are, what our roles are as men and how to grow in our relationship with God. It will offer ideas for father son activities that will build their relationship.
Using Journey to Godly Manhood a dad can be confident that he is passing on The Faith. It will equip dad to help his son develop in biblical manhood and godly character. It will lead a young man to develop specific godly character traits and call him to live his life for the cause of Christ wherever God leads him. It will also train a young man in habits, disciplines, and devotion that will keep him close to God all of his life.
This course can be used individually, or with a group group of other fathers and sons for fellowship and accountability. Our vision for this ministry is to see Journey to Godly Manhood father and son small groups in churches all across the country.
